In school, I wasn’t the kind of kid who got in trouble. I was known as the one who asked too many questions when everyone else was ready to move on. That curiosity never left me, and today it fuels my work as a coach.

My biggest life lesson, and the one I live by, is that there is always another choice, usually more than two. Sometimes we just have to look a little harder. This belief has helped me navigate challenges in all aspects of life.

My proudest professional accomplishment is turning my passion for people and relationships into a meaningful profession. Shaped by our family’s journey across four countries in 20 years and by raising three boys with ADHD - my greatest teachers, I’ve learned to adapt, grow, and keep seeking new perspectives. Now I bring that forward, supporting others as they turn life’s challenges into opportunities for growth.
